FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will my items arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 1pm but please allow 2-3 working days to be on the safe side. If your order is urgent please let us know and we shall do our best to help.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship our deliveries anywhere in the world. Please check the basket page for rates or for more details visit the delivery methods and rates section of the site.

Will I be able to return my items?

We are happy to exchange or refund any Aspiga product that has been bought from the Aspiga website if the item is as new. We reserve the right to charge postage and packing for exchanges. Please call 012 64738 862. Learn more about Returns & Refunds.

When are the last posting dates for Christmas?

Our last posting date to the UK and Channel Islands is Dec 20th, for any emergency gifts please get your order in before 11 o'clock that day. We are trying our hardest to get orders out same day if ordered before 12 noon. If your order hasn't arrived within a few days please call the office so that we can track your parcel.

How can I pay for my items?

We offer a highly secure payment system so you can pay online using a credit or debit card. We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo.
