Aspiga is a multi-channel retailer with a successful online channel, wholesale including marketplaces and retail shops in the UK and Barbados. We focus on selling ethically sourced and sustainable beachwear, clothing and accessories.

Established in 2005 we are a responsible fashion brand who continue to lead the way in sustainable and ethical fashion - putting people and our planet first. We partner with artisans and suppliers, primarily in Kenya and India, to create contemporary and stylish clothing collections for women and men using natural, organic and sustainable materials.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive with experience of implementing and managing on and offline marketing channels. A Key part of the role is video editing and compiling videos for our paid marketing campaigns.

The role requires an organised and hands on approach to managing multiple channels and requires someone who can create and implement the marketing strategy on time and within budget, working closely with the ecommerce and trading teams to drive results in line with set targets. We are looking for a commercial person who combines creativity with analytics, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.


  • Own the marketing calendar and work closely with the ecommerce team to ensure marketing is aligned with trading activity.
  • Manage performance of organic and paid social channels in line with KPIs
  • Edit videos and other creatives for our paid media as well as our organic social channels
  • Work with advertising agency to ensure implementation of successful campaigns – reviewing creative performance and products weekly to ensure the best creative assets are live and ads with well stocked products are running
  • Keep up to date with styles and trends to ensure that we create campaigns that stand out against competitors.
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to ensure you are up to date with the latest trends
  • Manage key marketing events e.g. press day for new season launch.
  • Identify future opportunities for partnerships with likeminded B Corp businesses.
  • Work with influencers to build compelling content and campaigns that raise brand awareness and grow revenue.
  • Develop knowledge of the brand and products including best sellers, top volumes and reviewing products on the website

KEY ATTRIBUTES – we are looking for someone with…

  • At least 2+ years relevant experience within a similar role
  • Experience within womenswear fashion
  • Passion for sustainability
  • Project management experience, meeting deadlines set within time and budget
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external teams, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Copywriting experience required
  • Video editing experience required
  • Knowledge of Adobe CC desirable
