MY ORDER 

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

Our order confirmation emails are automatically generated as soon as we recieve your order. If you do not get one it could be that your email address was incorrect or the order has not yet been completed. If you are unsure then please contact our customer service team.

How do I use a discount/promotional code?

Once you go to checkout you will see a Gift Card or Discount Box on the payment page. Enter your code here and press Apply. You should be able to see that your discount/gift card amount has been deducted from the total.

Can I amend an order once it’s been placed?

If you need to amend an order after receiving your order confirmation email you will need to contact customer services, by email or telephone. As long as your order has not been packed by the warehouse or dispatched, we will do our very best to make the changes you require.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order please contact us by telephone; if the items have not been packed or posted then we hope to be able to cancel your order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

How can I pay for an order?

We currently accept the following payment methods.

I have recieved my order but something is missing?

We are very sorry that your order is incomplete. Please check your order summary to make sure that the missing items are not being dispatched at a later date. It may be the case that the missing item(s) had sold out before we could ship your full order in which case you would have received an email from our customer service team explaining this. If in doubt please get in touch with us by telephone or email .

How do I refer a friend and get my discount?

To join our refer a friend scheme, scroll down to the footer of our page and click 'Refer A Friend'. Once you add in your infomation you will be able to share the 10% discount with a friend through an email or link or simply by them entering in your name on the cart page by clicking 'Been referred by a friend?' then once they have made their purchase, you will be able to redeem your 10% off after receiving an email with a code.

Our Products 

I want to purchase an item but it’s out of stock, how do I know if it’ll be restocked?

If we are expecting more stock in the size you need, there will be a 'due in date' at the top of the description box. You will then be able to fill in the 'Email Me When Available' box on the product page. This means you will be the first to know when the product you want is back in stock without subscribing to our marketing emails. If your requested item is in our SALE we most likely won't be restocking it but you can always double check this by emailing us at - customerservices@aspiga.com.

How do I care for my garment?

See the 'Fit Details' tab on the product page for detailed measurements and sizing/fit information. If you require more in-depth sizing advice, please do call us on +44 (0) 207 627 5166 where a member of our customer service team will able to advise you further.                    

Where can I find sizing information?

Do you sell Aspiga gift cards?

We sell gift cards online in £25 increments. If you would prefer a custom amount, this is not a problem and we can do this for you by calling our customer service team on +44 (0) 207 627 5166.

My Kenyan Sandals don't feel comfortable immediately?

Before wearing your sandals for a long period of time we suggest wearing them around the house to help break them in. This will help mould the leather to fit comfortably around your feet.

How does your belt sizing work?

Size 32" = 81cm, UK Size XS

Size 34" = 86cm, UK Size S

Size 36" = 91cm, UK Size M

Size 38" = 97.5cm, UK Size L

Size 40" = 106cm, UK Size XL

What dress style would suit me for the followinng shapes?

What dress style would suit me for the followinng shapes?

Apple - A rounder shape with the tummy being bigger than the bust, a flat bum

We would suggest trying anything with a tiered, full flowing design such as our Crystal Dress, Sandy Dress or Fleur Dress. For something shorter you could try our bestselling Dori Dress, Cristina Kaftan or Willow Dress.

Pear - Smaller bust, small waist, heavier below the waist and upper thighs.

We would suggest our Lenu Dress, Sally Ann Tea Dress and Savannah Dress which all have an empire seam to enphasise the bust with a straight flowing skirt to hide any lumps and bumps. For the beach our Mila Shirt Tunic is another great find for pear shapes.

Hourglass - Bigger bust, bigger hips, small waist and more generous thighs.

We would suggest our wrap dresses which you can draw in at the waist to keep the silhouette. Another great option would be our Tabitha Dress, Gracie and Francesca.

Column - Often tall, with shoulders and hips being the same width.

The waist isn’t obvious so the challenge is finding dresses that give shape. We would suggest our Irene dress, Tabitha Dress and Chelsea Dress.

Shipping / Returns 

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

We use Royal Mail for standard deliveries and DPD for express delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: our warehouse only sends goods out Monday-Friday, so orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon and on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched Monday. We do not offer a weekend delivery service.

UK Standard Delivery: £4.99 (arrives in 2-4 working days with Royal Mail)

UK Express Delivery: £9.99 (place order before 1pm Monday - Thursday to receive next working day with DPD)

All UK orders over £200 will be automatically upgraded to FREE UK Standard Delivery.

All our orders have a tracking number which will be emailed to you when the order is despatched.

International Delivery

Aspiga is happy to ship worldwide. We love our items to travel far and wide and offer worldwide shipping at a low-cost to over 100 countries and offer multi-currency with local payment types.

To place your order, please ensure you select the relevant flag for your delivery address. This is featured on the top right hand side of our website.

IMPORTANT: for all international shipping destinations, duty is clearly itemised in your shopping bag and throughout the checkout process. Customers can opt out of paying duty by unticking the 'Pre-pay your duty and tax' box at checkout. If you opt out of paying duty up front, it is your responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery.              

How do I return items?

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund on all goods returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please try on any footwear on a carpeted surface until you are sure that they are destined for your wardrobe.

To return any products, please fill in the Returns Form that was enclosed in your order and send with the unwanted items in the original packaging to:

Regrettably, we do not offer free returns. Consequently any delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. Please get in touch if this is the case.

For your peace of mind please make sure you ask for a stamped ‘Certificate of Posting’ to keep as a receipt, as we cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Aspiga HQ.

If for any reason you do not have your original returns form to hand, please find a blank piece of paper and write down your order number, item you are returning and reason for return send it back with your parcel.

How long will it take to refund me for my return?

We currently allow 14 days for returns. Once we have refunded your order we will email you to let you know.

How do I return an International Order?

We are more than happy to offer you a full refund on all goods returned to us in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. 

Purchases made outside the UK may be subject to customs and duty fees which you, the customer, is responsible for and must pay. You are responsible for the postage cost to return your items.

Regrettably, delivery charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind please make sure you ask for a stamped ‘Certificate of Posting’ to keep as a receipt, as we cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Aspiga HQ.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If you have experienced a manufacturing fault with one of our products, before sending it back to us, please email customer services to tell us what the problem is and attach a photograph, alternatively please give our customer service team a call.

How do I exchange an item?

We are happy to exhange items for a different colour or size in the same style. Please send back the item you would like to exchange along with the Returns/Exchange form that was enclosed in your order. Please mark what size/colour you would like instead and post your item(s) in their original packaging to:

We currently allow 14 days for returns and exchanges. Once your new item has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch order confirmation. You will NOT be charged for the delivery of your replacement.

Can I be added to the Aspiga brochure mailing list?

Can I be removed from the Aspiga brochure mailing list?

No problem although we will be sad to see you go! Just drop us an email with your full name and address at customerservices@aspiga.com and request removal from our mailing list.          

Do I need to create an account to shop at Aspiga?

No you can check out as a guest but signing up will enable you to see your full order history and have your preffered address and payment method saved at checkout.

How can I unsubscribe from Aspiga emails?

Scroll to the bottom of an Aspiga email received and click ‘Unsubscribe from this list’.

Sustainability  

What packaging do you use?

We have removed all plastic packaging from our garments and footwear Our clothing now comes in new garment bags made from 100% cornstarch. These bags are 100% compostable as they are made from vegetables and will naturally break down over time (unlike plastic). Our product tags are fully recyclable and certified by the FSC. Our Kenyan sandals now come in colourful material sandal bags made by the Elimu Sewing Project in Kenya which supports young women from vulnerable backgrounds, to pursue a two-year training program to learn key skills in the sewing trade. We encourage our customers to reuse these sandal bags.

Is it possible to offset the carbon generated by my order?

It is! We partner with CarbonClick, enabling our customers to purchase carbon credits at checkout. These go directly to supporting gold standard verified carbon offset projects such as forest restoration, tree planting and renewable energy projects around the world.
