The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Aspiga Ltd. when you buy any item from aspiga.com. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Your contract for purchases made through aspiga.com is with Aspiga Ltd and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own personal and domestic use only and are not for resale. When registering as a customer of Aspiga, you warrant that all details you provide to aspiga.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you provide us with is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the item(s) you wish to order. Should any of your registration information change, you are required to amend you personal online account immediately.
You are happy for email to be used as a long distance means of communication.

Accuracy of content

We have taken great care in developing and preparing the content of this website, particularly ensuring that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. All displayed prices on aspiga.com include VAT but exclude delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the items ordered plus VAT at the current rate and your chosen method of delivery set out in the Delivery Info section of this website.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the merchandise on delivery.

We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from this website. Links appearing on this website are for your interest only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website, in any off-website or in any linked websites.

Accuracy of content

All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering errors

You are able to correct any order errors up to the point at which you click “Confirm Order” during the payment process.

Delivery

We will deliver the ordered items in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Please view our Delivery Info for full details. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries however you will only incur one delivery charge. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.

Upon delivery of the merchandise to you, we will provide you with all the information you need to exercise your statutory right of cancellation and address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or to return or exchange your purchased goods. Please note that International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by Custom Authorities at any time.

Acknowledgement & accepting of your order

We will write to you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If at any point we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgment, we will contact you by phone and email advising you of this. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Payment

Aspiga.com accept most major credit/debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point of order. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. On refund of payment, legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered automatically by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. If you would like us to send the e-gift card directly to the recipient, please email customerservices@aspiga.com with your order number and the recipients email address. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Gift cards will expire 12 months after creation/purchase of gift card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Giveaways / Competitions

Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternatives; substitutions allowed for equivalent value. Winners will be chosen as per the instructions on the competition / giveaway and will be contacted by a representative from Aspiga or partnering company. Aspiga is not responsible for technical issues or risks associated with prizes. Please note that prizes are subject to size availability.

Discount Codes / Promotions

Discount codes may exclude certain products or categories. Codes must be used within the specified promotion period and cannot be applied retrospectively. One discount code only can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated; codes cannot be redeemed for cash. Aspiga reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Cancellation right

You can cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right to do so within seven working days after the day on which you received the products. If you wish to cancel your order, please follow the procedure set out in out Returns and Refunds section of the website.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any items in your order, you can return them within 14 days of receipt of your order. To receive a full refund, all returned items must be in a resaleable condition and returned new, unused and in the original packaging with all Aspiga garment tags and labels attached. Our digital portal offers hassle-free returns and easy exchanges, with no extra shipping charges for exchanges.

We now offer an option for pre-paid returns. Simply purchase a Royal Mail return label through our online returns portal. Either print out the return label or take the QR code to your Royal Mail post office to get it printed. Then post your parcel at your local Royal Mail post office.

Please view our Returns and Refunds section of the website for full details. Your statutory rights are not affected. Earrings are categorised as non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Extended Christmas Returns: Items purchased between Monday 1st December and Monday 22nd December can be returned until Thursday 15th January 2026. All items must remain in their original condition with tags still attached.

Archive Sale – Final Sale Policy

Items purchased from our Archive Sale or marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These products are offered at significantly reduced prices and therefore fall outside of our standard returns and exchange policy. Please ensure that you check all product details, sizing and fit carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Exchange procedure

We are more than happy to exchange items if the product you received was faulty, or you require a different size or style. As with Returns, simply fill in the ‘Exchange Form ‘section of the enclosed Returns Form that was posted with your order, along with the unwanted items and send to:

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.

We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it when the first item arrives back with us. We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.

All goods must be returned to us in resalable condition within 14 days of dispatch. Please see Returns and Refunds for full details. No warranties or liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aspiga Ltd gives no warranties in relation to the website, in particular with limitation, any warranties regarding the accuracy of the descriptions and illustrations of the items in the website or other IP infringement and freedom from viruses. Aspiga will also do its best to allow you uninterrupted access to the site 24 hours per day, but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with any necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment that you use in connection with the Aspiga site. Of course, this statement does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

To the extent permitted by law, Aspiga will have no liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss (including loss of profit), cost or damage (whether indirect, consequential, or otherwise) suffered as a result of your use of the website or from use of information passed through the website, even if we are aware of the possibility of such loss. Additionally, we shall also not be liable to you for a breach of these terms and conditions or a failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control. We shall have no liability, to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside of our reasonable control.

You must use this site for lawful purposes only. By registering with us you recognise that you are responsible for all access made to the site using the log in details that you provide us with. As with all passwords and usernames, it is important that you keep them confidential al all times.

Third parties

We cannot be held responsible for any material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for Aspiga Ltd products are those stated on the Aspiga material. We cannot vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party.
