Job description
Reports to: Ecom & Marketing Manager
Level: Mid - Senior (performance owner)
Location: Office based near Battersea Power Station
Role purpose
Own revenue growth through paid acquisition, affiliates, and onsite optimisation, with full accountability for efficiency and scale.
This role exists to drive demand profitability and continuously improve conversion across the funnel. This is not a 'set and forget' media buyer its a growth operator.
Core responsibilities
1) Paid acquisition (primary responsibility)
- Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
- Manage budgets, pacing and forecasting in line with revenue and margin targets.
- Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages)
- Ensure paid traffic quality, not just volume
- Work closely with content/lifestyle to improve creative effectiveness
2) Affiliate marketing
- Own affiliate channel performance, partners, and commission structures
- recruit and manage publishers, creators and performance partners
- Ensure affiliates are incremental and margin-safe
- Align affiliate promotions with trading and CRM calendars
3) CRO & onsite optimisation
- Own the CRO roadmap and testing plan
- Analyse site performance: CVR, AOV, bounce rate, funnel drop-off
- Translate paid learning into landing page and onsite improvements
- Partner with Ecom Exec to implement changes quickly
4) Measurement & insight
- Own performance reporting across acquisition and onsite conversion
- Monitor CAC, MER, ROAS, and blended efficiency
- Identify what is driving growth vs noise
- Feed insights into weekly trading, content and CRM planning
5) Cross-functional collaboration
- Align with ecommerce on product priorities, stock, and landing pages
- Support lifecycle with audience insights and retargeting strategies
- Share learnings to improve organic and brand performance
Skills & experience required
- 3-5 years in paid media/growth marketing (ecommerce essential)
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement
- Experience with CRO tools and testing frameworks
- Comfortable managing budgets at scale with Ecom & Marketing Manager and Head of Finance
