- Silk-viscose blend devoré fabric is made using a special burn-out technique that creates sheer patterns by removing parts of the viscose, revealing the silk underneath.
Why do we love it? It’s a perfect blend of luxury and responsibility. The silk lends natural sheen and breathability, while viscose contributes softness, drape, and a velvet-like hand feel. Both silk and viscose are biodegradable—silk is a renewable natural fiber, and viscose is derived from wood pulp—making this blend a more sustainable choice than fully synthetic fabrics.
