Aspiga is a multi-channel retailer with a successful online channel, wholesale including marketplaces and retail shops in UK and Barbados. We focus on selling ethically sourced and sustainable beachwear, clothing and accessories.


This is an exciting new role; we are seeking a talented branch merchandiser / senior allocator who will deliver in season inventory management across all of our UK stores and 3rd party partners. You will be working closely with the store managers, as well as the Merchandiser and operations team to determine, understand and execute the planned inventory strategy for the Brand.


  • Determining appropriate stock levels by store by setting inventory targets by space and profile and monitoring sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Undertaking relevant analysis and using available reporting to support decision making and determining the action plans for stores and 3rd party channels.
  • Deriving an auto allocation system, using appropriate targets and other numerical data to ensure the correct inventory balance across all platforms.
  • Identifying and actioning stock consolidations on a weekly basis
  • Working with stores to highlight any outstanding issues and provide solutions where necessary.
  • Supporting the continuous development of processes and procedures to drive efficiencies in the department.
  • Develop knowledge of the brand and products including best sellers, top volumes and reviewing products on the website

    KEY ATTRIBUTES – we are looking for someone with...
    • 2-4 years experience within a stock planning, inventory management or branch merchandising function.
    • Previous experience within the fashion retail industry is an advantage
    • Detailed understanding of relevant metrics and KPI’s relating to inventory management
    • Advanced excel skills required
    • Having presented to the team and wider business with trade meetings
    • An interest in sustainability
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
